Senior Data & Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise data platform (data warehouses, data lakes, semantic models)
• Develop scalable ETL/ELT processes across Finance, Tax, Audit, Advisory, Operations
• Define data models, standards, and architecture for reporting, analytics, ML, and AI
• Create analytics solutions and dashboards (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric); collaborate with
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, and ML to solve business problems
• Develop AI-ready data assets and enable AI applications with governance and data quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering/analytics/science/BI or related fields
• Degree in CS/Data Science/Analytics/Engineering or related field
• Strong SQL and Python; experience with data transformation and analytics development
• Experience designing ETL/ELT, data integration, and enterprise data models
• Knowledge of statistics, ML, model evaluation; familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, IaC for
• Data governance, data quality, metadata management, analytics best practices
