Senior Data & Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise data platform, data warehouses, data lakes, and pipelines
• Create scalable ETL/ELT processes across multiple business systems
• Define data models, standards, and architecture for reporting, analytics, and AI
• Develop analytics solutions, dashboards, KPIs, and governance practices
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and ML for business insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, data science, BI, or related tech
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field
• Strong SQL and Python, data transformation and automation
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data integration, and enterprise data models
• Knowledge of statistics, ML, model evaluation; DevOps/CI/CD for analytics platforms
• Data governance, quality, metadata, and analytics best practices
