📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document source-to-target data mapping requirements.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Collaborate during development, unit testing, and functional testing.
• Validate migrated data; support data quality and cleanup.
• Facilitate discussions on data structures, scope, rules, and edge cases.
• Create reports and dashboards to track migration.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced / Fluent English (C1+).
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in large-scale data migration projects.
• Strong experience with data mapping, data transformations, and data lineage concepts.
• Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and defect resolution activities.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
