🎯 Requirements

Experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, etc.)
Strong SQL/NoSQL database knowledge
ETL tooling expertise
CDC pipeline architecture (Kafka/MK S or equivalent)
Event-driven architectures, schema registries (Avro/JSON Schema)
Observability: metrics, alerts, SOPs
