📋 Description

• Own Databricks pipelines for Sugar Predict data platform
• Monitor production reliability, incident response, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with ML engineers, product teams, and Enterprise Architecture
• Optimize data delivery across ERP and CRM data flows
• Support cross-cloud data access and multi-tenant considerations
• Contribute to data quality and observability initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in data engineering with Databricks/Spark experience
• Proficiency with PySpark, SQL, and Python
• Experience with Delta Lake, ACID transactions, and schema management
• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge for production pipelines
• Cloud experience (Azure and AWS) and data governance awareness
• Ability to work in a hybrid Denver, CO environment
