📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Own data modelling decisions: clean schemas and scalable infra.
• Collaborate with ML, product, and platform teams to ensure data accessibility.
• Apply AI tools to improve velocity while keeping pipelines understandable.
• Define data practices and standards across the organisation.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building data pipelines for mission-critical batch/streaming systems.
• Strong data engineering practices: modelling, transformation, orchestration, QA.
• Familiar with cloud infra; AWS preferred (Athena, S3, Kinesis, SQS, SNS).
• Build observable, testable, and debuggable data systems.
• Product-minded; care about why we're building it, not just how.
• Embrace ambiguity; pragmatic decisions in uncertain contexts.
• Curious, impact-driven; interest in agriculture a bonus.
