Senior Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platform architecture.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to ensure data is accessible and reliable.
• Ingest, process and store structured and unstructured data using Azure Synapse.
• Deploy pipelines via Azure DevOps and Terraform; resolve deployment issues.
• Design logical/physical data models for analytics and reporting.
• Apply database standards, indexing, key management and performance tuning.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Senior Data Engineer with strong SQL, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric; Spark/PySpark; Azure Data Factory.
• Python/PowerShell scripting; DevOps practices for data platforms.
• Knowledge of data modeling, governance, GDPR and Power Platform.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
