🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in data engineering, data platform architecture, or enterprise data consulting.
• Strong consulting/architecture background with strategic advisory focus.
• Deep PostgreSQL architecture knowledge; SQL Server to PostgreSQL migration experience.
• Experience designing canonical data architectures and master data management.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, change data capture, orchestration, and data quality.
• Practical knowledge of AI-native data engineering (embedding pipelines, semantic search, vector
