Senior Data Governance Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute and support enterprise Data Governance initiatives end to end
• Create and maintain governance documentation, standards, and procedures
• Perform data analysis and profiling to identify quality issues
• Assist with metadata management activities
• Leverage AI-powered governance tools to classify data and support workflows
• Monitor assets for policy compliance and recommend corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Data Analytics, or related field
• ≈3+ years in Data Governance/Management or related areas
• Experience with governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, Alation
• PII discovery and confidence scoring experience (required)
• Data masking through AI agents (required)
• Hands-on AWS experience: S3, Glue, AgentCore, Lambda (required)
