Senior Data Governance and Tooling Manager

📋 Description

• Own integrity, structure, and long-term strategy of our GTM data ecosystem
• Ensure CRM data is accurate, trusted, scalable, and actionable across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and
• Establish a digital data governance framework and embed data stewardship into culture
• Coordinate between Revenue Operations and GTM systems to optimize core tools
• Partner with Sales Ops, GTM Systems, and Marketing Ops to align data models and data flows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance or GTM Systems roles
• Deep hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Experience building or scaling data governance frameworks in high-growth environments
• Proven ownership of account and contact data models in a B2B SaaS setting
• Experience collaborating with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Systems teams
• Strong understanding of enrichment providers, inbound data flows, and lifecycle management
