📋 Description

• Act as strategic liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to elicit, analyze
• Lead requirements management and change activities for complex projects
• Translate business needs into system, process, and project requirements for tech solutions
• Lead analysis teams, guiding requirements gathering, validation, prioritization, and traceability
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and studies to uncover needs
• Recommend improvements to systems, processes, products, and operating models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical/business field; typically 8+ years experience or Master’s with 6+
• 8+ years professional experience in business analysis, data insights, consulting, or related fields
• Strong elicitation, workshops, structured analysis, and collaborative discovery skills
• Ability to decompose high-level info into detailed requirements
• Experience with requirements classification, prioritization, validation, change management, and
• Experience with business process modeling (current/future state)
