📋 Description

• Act as point of contact between Operations and client services to manage E2E queries
• Lead in managing E2E operational deliverables
• Deliver databases and outputs per client specs on time and quality
• Ensure data is produced with adherence to SLAs
• Maintain communication with teams to ensure data provision
• Work daily in a virtual, multicultural environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics/Math/CS (external) preferred
• Minimum 2+ years in NIQ Operations
• Strong organization and deadline management
• High accuracy, proactivity, attention to detail
• Project management aptitude (critical path, sequencing)
• English fluency in speaking/writing
