Senior Data Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build a scalable data platform for analytics and AI capabilities
• Operate batch, streaming, and CDC pipelines across heterogeneous data sources
• Improve data observability and establish SLA/SLO frameworks
• Implement PII masking, retention, and data contracts for governance by design
• Enhance data modeling and developer tooling for productivity and AI-assisted workflows
• Lead technical initiatives from architecture to production operation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Engineering/Platform Engineering with ownership of production data systems
• Distributed data pipelines using Spark/Databricks, dbt, Airflow, SQL, Python
• Experience with streaming/CDC, lakehouse/warehouse architectures
• Data quality, observability, governance, and infrastructure-as-code; strong system design
• Clear communication and ability to influence across teams
• Nice to have Kafka/Kinesis/Debezium or ML/AI workloads in production
