Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Design algorithms for classification, detection, segmentation, regression, and anomaly detection.

• Prototype LLM-based and multimodal systems for document understanding and retrieval.

• Design agentic AI systems, including task agents, workflow orchestration, and autonomous reasoning.

• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data prep, training, deployment, and maintenance; champion MLOps.

• Collaborate with data/software engineers to integrate AI-enabled products; establish monitoring.

• Mentor juniors and stay current with AI research; contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in classification, detection, and segmentation (classical and DL).

• Proven track record deploying and scaling end-to-end ML pipelines in enterprise.

• Hands-on LLM applications: GPT, Llama, Falcon, Claude; fine-tuning, RAG, domain adaptation.

• Experience designing agentic AI systems (task-oriented agents, workflow orchestration, autonomy).

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and communicating results to stakeholders.

• Strong foundation in applied mathematics, probability, and statistics for ML/DL.
