Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Deliver analytical projects that influence product decisions, marketing campaigns, and business
• Build segmentation frameworks and predictive models (churn, LTV, propensity) for targeting and
• Support A/B testing by designing, analyzing, and interpreting experiments with scalable tooling
• Apply statistical inference and causal analysis to improve LTV/CAC and feedback loops
• Design and build AI-powered systems that explore data and operationalize decisions
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years in data science or analytics, fintech/startup experience preferred
• Degree in statistics, engineering, science, finance, or related field; graduate degree a plus
• Strong Python and SQL skills; ship models to production
• Solid foundation in statistical inference and experimentation
• Experience with LLMs/AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) in data workflows
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences
