3+ years in a Data Science role
Fluent SQL for data pipelines and large datasets
Experience designing A/B experiments
Foundations in statistics and hypothesis testing
Proficient in Python (pandas, sklearn, statsmodels, scipy) or R (dplyr, caret, stats)
Strong data visualization and communication of findings
