Senior Data Scientist, Ads

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and apply DS solutions to improve Reddit ad platform
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements
• Develop ML models and DS methods for anomaly detection, prediction, and pattern recognition
• Present findings to stakeholders across the organization
• Stay up-to-date on ML and DS advancements

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Masters/Ph.D.) in quantitative field
• 5+ years (MS) or 4+ years (PhD) in applied science or data science
• Platform experience and deep understanding of ads ecosystem
• Strong statistical modeling, ML algorithms, causal inference, and experimental design
• Experience with large-scale data processing: Spark, Hadoop, Hive; BigQuery a plus
• Proficiency in Python or R; experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
