📋 Description

• Role within Roblox's Data Science & Analytics org focused on authentication and account
• Shape roadmaps for account creation, login, recovery, and protection features with data science
• Evaluate friction vs. security tradeoffs to influence sign-ups and user engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, economics, analytics, or ML engineering
• 2+ years with Python and R; proficient in SQL, Hive, Spark, Airflow
• ML/Deep Learning knowledge via formal training or industry experience
• Ability to reason from first principles and solve ambiguous problems
• Experience building large-scale safety or moderation systems for user-generated content
• Advanced Degree and/or PhD in quantitative field
