📋 Description

• Lead ML and analytics initiatives from discovery to production.
• Partner with Product and stakeholders to define AI products.
• Design models, pipelines, and deployment plans for production.
• Monitor and maintain models post-deployment, ensure business impact.
• Communicate results and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proficient in Python or R and ML libraries/frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of statistical modeling, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning models into production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• MLOps concepts and model monitoring, version control, and pipeline orchestration.
