Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Own the underlying data
• Understand source data; fix gaps and quality issues with Data Eng
• Design/build silver and gold data tables for dashboards
• Engineer impactful features: segments, lifecycles, scores, profitability
• Create shared dimensions and metric definitions for BI
• Ensure features are reproducible, documented, and trusted

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Strong production-grade SQL with window functions and joins
• Proficient Python for data work — pandas, PySpark
• Lakehouse experience (Databricks preferred); Delta tables, medallion, notebooks
• Track record turning messy transactional data into usable business data
• Experience building reusable data models, semantic layers, or metrics
