Senior Data Scientist - Consumer

📋 Description

• Lead/partner with cross-functional teams to drive user and revenue growth through data-driven
• Define product strategy via measurement, experimentation, and causal analyses.
• Mentor junior data scientists and partner with stakeholders across Product, Eng, Design, Marketing
• Build and maintain ETLs, tables, dashboards, and self-serve tools for data access.
• Develop team KPIs and communicate progress to align DS efforts with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and iterate on data products.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or OR.
• 5+ years (MS) or 4+ years (PhD) in applied/data science roles.
• Expertise in SQL and programming languages (Python or R).
• Strong knowledge of online experimentation, causal inference, and stats techniques.
• Excellent communication and ability to discuss complex topics with varied audiences.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with bias toward action.
