Senior Data Scientist (Country and Marketing Analytics)

📋 Description

• Work with Country Business, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Product and Data teams.
• Define data requirements, track key metrics, and deliver data-driven solutions for Thailand markets.
• Own end-to-end analytics projects and contribute to framework improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data initiatives with goals.
• Communicate analyses to mid-to-senior partners for decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts and improve team processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of analytics experience with business acumen.
• Bachelor’s in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL querying (SQL, Presto, Hive) and Excel (VBA, Pivot).
• Proficient in Python or R; experience with Tableau/PowerBI/Holistics.
• Ability to work with complex datasets and translate insights.
• English professional proficiency; Thai language fluency required.
