Senior Data Scientist - Customer & Marketing Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists on multiple projects
• Own end-to-end data science delivery from problem to adoption
• Develop pricing optimization and price elasticity models
• Build customer segmentation models (K-Means, GMM, DBSCAN)
• Develop predictive models (Regression, RF, DT, SVM, etc.)
• Deploy models using AWS SageMaker and ensure governance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Data Science or related field with leadership
• Python with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets
• stats: regression, hypothesis testing, inference
• Bayesian modelling and optimization (PyMC)
• A/B testing and causal inference experience
