📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from initial concept through implementation and enterprise
• Develop and apply statistical, machine learning, and analytical approaches to solve healthcare
• Evaluate options to maximize effectiveness and scalability of solutions.
• Build reliable, well-tested data products to reduce complexity and support growth.
• Partner with stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and operations to align data

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Master’s with 3–4 years or PhD with 2+ years).
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, ML, and applied data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with ML/stats libraries.
• Experience leading complex projects from ideation to impact measurement.
• Ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and communicate insights.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder influencing skills.
