Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready LLM apps for conversational intelligence and insights.
• Build multi-step AI workflows with retrieval, routing, and agentic patterns.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, and business value.
• Apply NLP/ML to extract insights from text data and transcripts.
• Work with Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake for large datasets.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/platform teams to productionize GenAI prototypes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s 5+ yrs, Master’s 3+ yrs, or PhD in CS/data/engineering or quantitative field.
• Strong Python and modern AI/ML development practices.
• Deep NLP experience with text data, embeddings, transformers, modern NLP.
• Hands-on LLM prompt engineering; RAG and multi-agent patterns.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake.
