📋 Description

• Join our data science team to shape fleet strategies for revenue management and pricing.
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced fleet planning systems affecting purchasing, pricing, and
• Formulate and solve optimization problems (linear, nonlinear, dynamic, stochastic) to maximize
• Build models capturing real-world rental car dynamics and pricing-to-allocation decisions.
• Stay updated on revenue management, OR, and ML research; bring new ideas to the team.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate findings across stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Optimization & Solvers: linear, nonlinear, integer programming; dynamic and stochastic
• Education: Master’s or higher in OR, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field
• Machine Learning: supervised/unsupervised techniques; model evaluation; production-ready deployment
• Programming: Python for data analysis, modeling, deployment
• AI Proficiency: apply AI tools to accelerate development and adoption
• Analytical Mindset: translate problems into actionable models and communicate results
