📋 Description

• Embed within product teams to drive growth through data products and analyses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance across product development.
• Own prioritization and ROI assessment of DS opportunities in Growth.
• Translate findings into clear narratives for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop analytical foundations, definitions, guidelines, and self-serve dashboards for data fluency.
• Mentor other Data Scientists within Growth and across Duolingo.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist embedded with product teams; ability to create value from data in
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; distill quantitative work into actionable insights.
• Graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field, or equivalent expertise.
• Strong command of SQL, Python or R, AI tools, and data/analytics engineering ecosystems.
• Fluency with standard machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
