🎯 Requirements

5+ years operating MariaDB/MySQL in production with tuning, replication, troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of high-availability patterns and distributed DB behavior.
Hands-on with proxies/load balancers (HAProxy, ProxySQL, MaxScale).
Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform ideal).
Solid cloud, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
Experience with containers and Kubernetes at scale.
