🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years operating MariaDB/MySQL in production (tuning, replication).
• Strong HA patterns and distributed DB behavior knowledge.
• Hands-on with proxies/load-balancers: HAProxy, ProxySQL, MaxScale.
• CI/CD, GitOps, and Infra-as-Code (Terraform ideal).
• Solid cloud, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
• Containers and Kubernetes workloads at scale.
• Observability: monitoring, alerting, incident readiness.
