🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in database operations or data platforms.
• Deep experience with AWS RDS, Aurora, and NoSQL.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: Datadog, CloudWatch.
• Programming in Python and/or Java.
• Strong understanding of DB internals, indexing, and query plans.
• Experience with CI/CD, DatabaseOps, and automation.
