Senior Deal Desk Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with the EMEA Sales team to optimize deal terms and pricing
• Analyze deal terms, risks, and opportunities
• Guide pricing, discounts, and contract terms
• Lead deal reviews; ensure non-standard terms are approved and documented
• Partner with Legal to drive contracts to completion and manage risk
• Identify process improvements to streamline deal management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Deals Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops at global tech company
• Proven track record of increasing deal velocity and revenue growth
• Strong analytical background with problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate to drive results
• Experience leading and influencing across organizational levels
