Senior Deal Desk Manager (Remote)

📋 Description

• Lead commercial deal review and pricing negotiation across Geotab's reseller and direct customer
• Serve as primary decision-maker for non-standard pricing requests and complex reseller RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to structure commercial terms.
• Mentor Deal Desk team members and manage case priorities to meet SLA timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in a deal desk, commercial pricing, or similar role in a B2B SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong analytical, pricing risk assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CPQ or deal management platforms; DealHub experience preferred.
• Leadership experience and excellent communication; ability to coach and develop others.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets/Docs/Slides) and Excel.
