Senior Deal Desk Manager (Remote)

📋 Description

• Serve as primary authority for non-standard pricing, complex reseller RFPs, and deal structuring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to finalize deals.
• Manage the deal desk queue and ensure timely review within SLA timelines.
• Ensure deal structures are operationally executable and compliant with policies.
• Act as escalation point for complex deals requiring senior commercial judgment.
• Mentor Deal Desk team and share best practices for development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in a deal desk, commercial pricing, or related role in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Strong analytical skills to assess pricing risk and make sound decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven pricing negotiation abilities.
• Experience with CPQ or deal management platforms; DealHub a plus.
• Leadership experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
