Create Quotes and Order Forms for sales deals
Review Quote approval requests and approve qualified Quotes
Process bookings review of customer orders. Assist in the complete order cycle, ensure quality and
Support of internal and external customers in regard to order booking and order tracking
Address escalation for exception handling regarding booking requests
Accurately enter deal information into Salesforce; post-close data review

🎯 Requirements

Experience with Quote to Cash in Salesforce CPQ Tool
Experience with Ironclad or another CLM (Conga, etc.)
Back-office operations and knowledge of order processing
Cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Legal for deal making
Ability to learn internal business tech quickly
Flexibility to work additional nights/weekends for month/quarter-end
