📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Camunda PS engagements.
• Translate outcomes into a plan with milestones.
• Align Camunda, customer, and partners on goals and budget.
• Drive scope, estimation, and change control; protect delivery.
• Own stakeholder communication with evidence-based status.
• Mitigate delivery risks and unblock blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Delivery Lead/PM role in Enterprise Software or SaaS.
• Proven track record leading agile, customer-facing PS engagements.
• Ability and willingness to use Camunda product.
• Advanced communication skills; empathetic in interactions.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with software engineering and automation.
