Senior Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Own delivery from kickoff to release; lead distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Navigate ambiguity and keep complex programs on track.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-phase engagements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate delivery across multi-party cloud architecture and APIs.
• Manage phased releases, production readiness, and transitions into operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software delivery, technical PM, or engineering leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate tradeoffs to executives.
• Hands-on agile delivery expertise (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
• Experience in HIPAA-regulated or compliance-heavy environments involving PHI and BAAs.
• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) and data-layer coordination (APIs, event schemas).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7v2/FHIR) and Epic integration.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe preferred.
