📋 Description

• Senior Delivery Manager to drive cross-vertical delivery across Product Operations.
• Own end-to-end delivery flow from ideation to launch and early adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to accelerate value creation.
• Lead through facilitation, coaching, and influence rather than direct management.
• Own launch readiness and go-to-market coordination for releases.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years delivering software/product teams as Delivery Manager, PM, or similar.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams across different leaders with shared resources.
• Mentoring delivery practitioners and driving measurable improvements in speed/predictability.
• Fluency in Agile/Lean/flowKanban with ability to adapt methods to context.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, prioritization, diplomacy, and stakeholder management.
• Comfort managing dependencies and risks across Product, Engineering, and GTM.
