🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record owning pipeline/MQL/SAL/SQL and delivering ROI-driven results.
• Hands-on experience planning/managing paid channels and directing agencies with a budget.
• Experience with ABM/ABX and coordinating with sales on target accounts.
• Strong command of funnel and pipeline metrics; comfortable with attribution.
• Ability to build and interpret dashboards for demand and growth; proficient with CRM/marketing
