📋 Description

• Own demand gen across paid & organic channels
• Manage multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads budget
• Test emerging acquisition opportunities incl AI-native channels
• Build source-of-truth reporting (SQL-based) & dashboards
• Own roadmap for paid landing pages, ads, offers; run A/B tests
• Design automated lead-nurturing workflows using tools like n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in performance/growth marketing or demand gen
• Experience scaling six-figure monthly Google Ads budget (B2B SaaS preferred)
• Proven CAC/ROAS optimization & scalable ad investment
• Deep Google Ads knowledge: Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, GA
• Hands-on with Clay/HubSpot or similar CRM and Google Analytics
• Strong funnel analytics: CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback, cohorts
