🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related field.
• Experience scaling a six-figure monthly Google Ads budget, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong CAC/ROAS management and efficiency metrics.
• Deep Google Ads expertise: Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, GTM.
• Hands-on with Clay, HubSpot, or similar CRM and Google Analytics.
• Funnel economics and growth metrics understanding (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback).
