📋 Description

• Design and build production components in Angular and TS.
• Own front-end architecture; translate requirements into UX.
• Translate process-intelligence data and AI behaviors into intuitive operator experiences.
• Set standards for front-end quality, motion, performance, and accessibility.
• Drive rapid prototyping to explore novel interaction concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to evolve the design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in design engineering/UX/front-end with design system experience.
• Strong UX instincts; own decisions with minimal oversight.
• Angular/TypeScript front-end with solid HTML/CSS; React welcome.
• Deep design token architecture and modern token pipelines.
• Strong Figma fluency bridging design and code.
• Accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.2) in code.
