Senior Design Engineer, Design System

📋 Description

• Design and build production components in Angular and TypeScript
• Own interaction decisions and front-end architecture end-to-end
• Translate complex process data and AI-driven behaviors into intuitive UX
• Set standards for front-end quality, accessibility, and performance
• Drive rapid prototyping to explore novel interaction concepts
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to evolve the design system

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in design engineering / UX / front-end for SaaS or B2B
• Excellent UX instincts with strong interaction detail
• Strong production front-end skills in Angular and TypeScript; HTML/CSS
• Deep understanding of design token architecture and modern token pipelines
• Strong Figma fluency and ability to bridge design and code
• Accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.2) implemented in code
• Hands-on fluency with AI design and coding tools
• Strong product mindset and ownership with senior IC leadership
