Senior Design Manager

📋 Description

• Provide design leadership to the project team and deliver on design and documentation targets
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop design strategies for construction projects
• Lead and manage project consultants to deliver high quality design on time and within budget
• Oversee design review for regulatory and building compliance
• Coordinate submission of final documentation and handover packages
• Review design documentation during tender submissions to validate status

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline in Design / Construction Management / Engineering
• Extensive experience in Design Management on large scale Managing Contractor or Design &
• Deep knowledge of design principles, construction methods, and building codes/regulations
• Strong leadership to align and motivate the team
