Senior Design Strategist

📋 Description

• Lead and execute innovative design strategies for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and executive clients to drive visual storytelling.
• Develop design strategy approaches aligning stakeholder needs with business objectives.
• Guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity to achieve alignment.
• Translate research into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow LINK's design practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Sociology, Psychology, Human-Centered Design, or
• 10+ years of design strategy, service design, UX, research, or related experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Strong expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, systems thinking, facilitation, and
• Proven ability to lead workshops, stakeholder engagements, and collaborative sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
