📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design for your sprint team, owning discovery, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and
• Curate and verify design corpus with evidence-backed entries.
• Decide when to run qualitative or quantitative research and when to move fast.
• Verify classification claims against evidence before work proceeds.
• Write corpus documentation for both teammates and AI parsing.
• Build, configure, and maintain AI-assisted workflows with peers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex, web-based UIs (SaaS/B2B preferred) with systems-level ownership.
• Portfolio showing evidence-based decisions that changed outcomes.
• Strong research instincts in sprint environments; rigorous yet efficient.
• Design system creation/maintenance and reusable component patterns.
• Technical writing and ability to document clearly for AI and humans.
• Fluency with HTML/CSS/React; Git workflows; configuring LLM-driven tooling.
