Senior Designer

📋 Description

• Lead a variety of design projects transforming workplaces and labs for Life Science and Corporate
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-impact spaces.
• Mentor junior designers and drive the design process from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate with MEPT, lighting, AV, landscape, and structural teams to ensure smooth project
• Present designs to clients and stakeholders, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and financial success.
• Contribute to a culture of equality, creativity, and innovation within cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Interior Design experience with Life Science, Corporate, and Commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and deliver construction documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience pitching to high-profile clients; large corporate campus design is a plus.
