📋 Description

• Partner with Creative Director to evolve Insider One's visual identity into digital experiences.
• Build and document brand systems in Figma (components, grids, typography).
• Own website pages, landing pages, launches, and microsites from wireframes to responsive design.
• Collaborate with Website Development Team on interactions, accessibility, performance, handoff, and QA before launch.
• WordPress design with templates, modules, CMS constraints, and responsive behavior; Elementor a plus.
• Turn ambiguous briefs into clear design directions, prototypes, and visual stories; defend rationale.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in brand/visual/digital/web design for fast-growth B2B SaaS/tech/agency.
• Standout portfolio with sophisticated brand systems and responsive web design.
• Expert Figma: Auto Layout, components, variants, libraries, prototyping.
• Proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• WordPress design experience; Elementor a plus; CMS constraints; developer handoff.
• Collaborate with developers; provide clear specs and QA.
