• 7+ years in UX research, product design, or similar; ownership of complex design problems.
• Portfolio with working prototypes that informed engineering decisions.
• Strong UX craft, scale experience, high agency and ownership.
• Prototype-first mindset; capable of front-end or no-code/low-code prototyping.
• Data-informed, hands-on across client interviews and analysis.
• AI-augmented design practices; use of AI to accelerate prototypes.
