Senior Designer, UX Research and Prototyping

📋 Description

• Hybrid role with engineering and stakeholders across divisions in Europe
• Lead rigorous discovery and user research to inform decisions at scale
• Move beyond mockups to functional, clickable prototypes
• Design for speed, accuracy, and a great client experience at QIMA
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to drive growth
• Deliver iterative roadmap increments and measurable outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in UX research, product design, or equivalent
• Portfolio showing prototypes that shaped engineering decisions
• Strong UX craft, curiosity, and ability to work across stakeholders
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools beyond static design (no-code/low-code, interactive Figma)
• Data-informed, hands-on across client interviews and evidence-based design
• Fluent English with clear written/verbal communication
