📋 Description

• Lead rigorous discovery and user research to inform design decisions at scale.
• Move beyond static mockups to functional prototypes that engineering can build from.
• Design for speed, density, and keyboard navigation to support power users and occasional users.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in UX research, product design, or similar roles (≈7+ years) with ownership
• Portfolio showing working prototypes that influenced engineering decisions.
• Strong UX craft and ability to translate standards into QIMA’s client experience.
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments with rapid delivery needs.
• High ownership, proactive problem solving, and ability to work across teams.
• Prototyping tools beyond static design software (interactive Figma, no-code/low-code, or basic
